Event Co-ordinator (full time)

Co-ordinate events with clients, suppliers, and in-house setup team.

Job Scope:

  • Discussion & planning with clients.
  • Monitor & manage event schedules.
  • Follow-up on confirmed & on-going events.
  • Co-ordinate on setups.
  • Prepare post-event report.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary from RM1000 - RM2000, based on experience & qualifications.

Setup Crew (full time)

Responsible for event setups.

Job Scope:

  • Assist in assembling & removing of event props.
  • Logistic tracking of event props.
  • Balloon decorations.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary from RM800 - RM1200.
  • Attractive incentive payout, based on successful setups.
  • Petrol Allowance from RM200 - RM400.
  • Insurance coverage for confirmed staff.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Age of 18 to 25 years, preferably male.
  • Fluent in either English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and/or other dialects.

  • Willing to work during off-days & late hours.

  • Own GDL license.
